Our services are offered through recurring monthly subscription packages. All payments are securely processed through a third-party provider (e.g., Stripe). You are responsible for maintaining an active payment method. You must maintain an active, fully paid subscription to access My Job Compass services. For cancellation terms, see Section 4.
We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or hiring outcomes. Our service is a tool to assist you in your job search, but outcomes are influenced by multiple factors beyond our control.
All content provided by My Job Compass, including design, text, logo, and software, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reuse any part of the service without express written consent.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not responsible for delays or access issues beyond our control. My Job Compass provides job search support tools, not guarantees of job outcomes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at our discretion if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform in any way.
